Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to ensure pet safety and wellbeing, pet care involves inherent risks. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing health conditions that manifest during service provision
• Injuries resulting from normal animal behavior during socialization or play
• Adverse reactions to grooming products when standard, industry-approved products are used
• Loss or damage to personal items left at our facilities

Our liability for any claims arising from service provision is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Emergency Care

In the event of a pet health emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care on your behalf. You agree to reimburse any emergency veterinary costs incurred.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept standard payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
